Michael Schwartz
Michael Schwartz has been an associate with Barry Mallin & Associates, P.C. since 2005. Mr. Schwartz specializes in the representation of cooperative apartment corporations in all manners of litigation. Since joining the firm, Mr. Schwartz has successfully represented the firm's clients in a broad range of forums including the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the Civil Court of the City of New York - Housing Part, the Supreme Court of the State of New York - Appellate Term and the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division. Michael is a member of the New York City Bar Association and a member and the Secretary of the Housing Court Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Mr. Schwartz graduated from Brandeis University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics. He then continued his studies at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, having graduated in 2003. Mr. Schwartz prides himself on his aggressive representation of clients and their interests.
